Turag Faces A Slaver

Invincible? Turag's Personal Notes We have just finished facing a Splugorth Slaver, and none of us has a scratch.  We did not defeat it- the Slaver had already healed all its injuries when the cavalry came, so the battle was a draw.   The Slaver was very frustrated, clearly, with our ability to withstand its attacks.  However, I think that we would have lost in the end- I was feeling the end of my magic energy, and without my assistance I feel that the battle would have turned.  Thank goodness my mother, councilwoman of Stormspire, had shown up with the militia in tow. My greatest worry is that the rest of my friends in the Irregulars feel that we are invincible!  We never once needed healing from Sister Rebecca!  We never needed to retreat!  However, at the end of the battle I was drained, and would have, in mere moments, not been able to give the bonuses and protections for the group that made that fact so. I hope that I have time to tell the group this- otherwise I fear that the Irregulars will rush off to their next conquest, and fail! Turag Author note- I will be adding a video that relates to most logs.  This one is from Pat Benatar- who should be in the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame! Invincible
"My greatest worry is that the rest of my friends in the Irregulars feel that we are invincible! "  ThorFrid already feels she is invincible, so too late for her.

We need to figure out a way to work together.  There's not much that we'll be able to do in some situation with ThorFrid, so instead of trying to change a club into a scalpel, we need to work on directing where/what the club smashes.  Keegan is pretty sure of his invincibility, too, though...

Interesting, as I have felt the last 2 battles we worked really, really well as a team- it is just outside of battle I think we still need work.
