[LFG][DND 5E] Looking for a roleplay focused campaign

Been unable to play locally without ending up in parties of murderhobos so reaching out here. Wanting to play in an ongoing 5E campaign, that isn't charging as I currently am without work, that puts roleplay before combat/murdering everything. I do WELCOME combat, but I do not enjoy games focused entirely around it. I would like a game that is less about what is the 'Best' builds or most viable, and more about players having fun with what they make. I would prefer a game open to more than just the PHB as I like to dance between source books (Including CR content). I don't mind homebrew in games, infact I enjoy seeing what homebrew gets approved (Spoken as someone who usually asks to play half-races at times). I am CST time but open to any hours of the day, speak only english, do not mind voice or text or discord.

But the title clearly says I'm looking for a 5E game.
