Players currently have no access to their art library. That is a GM only feature. There is a suggestion in the appropriate forum where you could add your vote if you have one free.
So what can a player do for example if the GM tells him to upload an image of his character and put it on the drawing board to make a token? Thats what i was asked to do and i just could't pull it off while everyone else did it.
Edit your character and make the image the portrait. As long as a token hasn't already been assigned, the portrait will be dragged out in place of a token.
