Black Screen When map loaded

I am not sure what the issue is but, I have tried 3 different computers, 3 different browsers, uninstalled/reinstalled, enabled/disabled and no matter what I do the battle grip map is black. I am not the DM of the game but, it works on different accounts. I cannot access the page settings for some reason either.  How do I fix this? or is the DM the only one who can fix it? Help Please! This is VERY annoying! Very Respectfully, a highly annoyed gamer.

Yeah, all the settings dealing with player sight are controlled by the DM.  If your DM can't get it figured out, they would need to post, preferably with screenshots of the map page settings and token settings.
