having trouble sending private messages

I have tried multiple accounts, I have one for being a player using an old email, and one for being a DM with an email I have made more recently that I feel is more secure. Neither one is able to send private messages on firefox version 72.0.2 on windows 8.1 64 bit with java enabled and flash 32.1 with cookies enabled... I've tried with and without firewalls and Antivirus... i'm not sure what's going on and I need to send messages. please help.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't get any alerts over a response. Thankfully, things seem to have cleared up, and I can send now, but before I was unable to send. It would say: Not authorized or Unable to send... As for the people I was trying to send messages to, I asked them and they said that they were not getting messages during that time, from me, so I assume it was something on my end, or at least I hope so. When I hit the send button, it would go to a whole new page to give me the message that said I wasn't able to send the message for one of the two reasons above. The message pop up did, in fact, appear, and it would let me type up a message and edit it with the normal things listed there, but it would not send. The page that it would bring up would be entirely white, with the text in the top left corner of the page. Hopefully that was useful information for you.
