The artifact The Spear of The Skylord has been attained by one of the PCs in one of my adventures. This artifact comes with concordance and it is a bit of a pain to track, but this seems the best way. For DMs: It is not your responsibility to remember to do this. It is Fuum's responsibility to ask you to respond to this thread with whether they gained or lost concordance during the session. Gaining or losing concordance takes place at the end of the adventure and it would likely make the most sense to do this after/during loot. I have modified the concordance slightly to make it level more evenly and to prevent die rolls. Concordance Starting score 5 Owner gains a level +2 Owner can fly (This can only be gained once) +2 Owner slays a servant of a god (max 1/adventure) +1 Owner conquers a town, city, or kingdom +1 Owner submits to another's authority (max 1/adventure) -1 Owner loses a battle -1 Something that says "Laurel killed a cleric of Lolth +1 concordance" is all that is needed. Also, feel free to use the RP of this item (its in the compendium). One of the players wielding an evil primordial artifact might have an effect on your session but that is up to you to decide. Fuum: You start with 5 Concordance. Respond to this post with a post of your own that shows a history of your concordance. The best way would be to copy/paste what the DM response to this thread was and keep a running tally. Telling your DM at the start of the adventure you have the item (so they can be on the lookout for any +/- to your concordance and have the opportunity to react to your ownership of the spear) is a good idea and then ask them to post here at the end of session. Example: Concordance Starting: 5 Erwin: "Laurel killed a cleric of Lolth +1 concordance" Bald: "Laurel gained a level +2 concordance"" Total: 8 Concordance (Normal).
