Major Compendium Issues

Hi, I was running two games recently with my three monitors.  On my main one was the map and roll20 on my left top monitor was the campaign notes, and on my top right monitor was the Giant Spider character sheet I was battling with, In both cases I needed to add a brown bear for wildshape and a pseudodragon for a familiar.  I grabbed the tokens from the compendium and tried to move them onto the map several times and they would not appear. Than I went to use the Spider sheet and the one had the brown beer stats and the other had the pseudodragon stats.  Somehow, moving a token from the compendium and trying to put it on the main map of my main screen, it accepted a drop from the compendium on my top right screen where only the Spider sheet was and replaced the spider info with the psuedodragon and brown bear stats???  And it is permenant. 1. How does the compendium allow drops and change the monster stats on your compendium monsters?  If changed it should only be in the game not permanent?   2. Why did moving a different token to the roll20 map on my main screen allow a compendium drop onto a sheet open on a different screen. I clearly dropped the tokens on the playable map? This happened on two different games on two different nights before I noticed. 3. How do I get my spider stats back on the two games? Thanks, Chris

This is a known (though inconsistent) problem with compendium drags while sheets are popped out. It's been reported many times, but as far as I know, never been addressed, at least publicly. There may be an insurmountable issue behind the scenes, I don't know. I agree with you that it is frustrating. It can ruin character sheets.
