Who’s ready to get schwifty?! Get ready for D&D with a twist of Big Rick Energy! The Lost Dungeon of Rickedness: Big Rick Energy is the perfect mix of fantasy and wacky science fiction set in the wildly unpredictable world of Rick & Morty. This seat-of-your pants action adventure set for up to 5 players (levels 1-3) and is the perfect intro for anyone who is curious about the world of Dungeons & Dragons. After all, if Morty can figure out D&D, then so can you! About Me Hey! I'm Joey. I'm 36 and pretty funny if I do say so myself. I'm a fairly new DM (I've DM'ed a couple dozen games) but I love it. As a DM and a person I'll adapt to any group. I'll match the groups seriousness/RP in kind. I don't always do voices but I have a bad habit of slipping in and out of them without thinking about it so watch out for that. I'm the kind of DM who wants to keep the game flowing and have fun rather than spending too much time rule lawyering. I am also a big fan of the rule of cool, if you can explain to me how you are going to do something I'll let you roll for it but remember allowing critical successes means there is always a possibility for critical failures! About You I don't care! I mean that, new players who are sitting down for their first game all the way to old vets who just want to have fun are welcome. I will do everything in my power to work with anyone who wants to play. The only thing I ask is you have a mic and camera and be over 18 years old. It goes without saying but LGBTQ+ are welcome. The Game This module is definitely 18+. It's called Big Rick Energy. This one shot takes ( two to three sessions to run through at 2-3 hours per session for most groups. We should shoot for the same time. The game follows standard 5e rules and has all premade characters, but I could be persuaded to make changes if there is something you would rather play from levels 1-3. I own pretty much all Roll20 content so if you want to make any official class/subclass combo I'm sure we can work it out. I am in EST and available any day but Sundays to play if the preset time doesn't work and the group as a whole wants to move it to a better time. The Cost Let me start by saying the reason there is a cost associated with games is because we have a lot of money invested in Roll20 resources. I, personally, own pretty much every bit of content and at $30-50 per book it adds up. Charging for games allows you to make up some of those costs. It also allows you to make sure you are getting the type of player who is willing to commit to a game, one of the biggest killers of games is flaky people after a session or two. With paid games I've not run in to that problem very much both as a player and a GM. **This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of <$10 one time payment via paypal or venmo paid after session 0/setup.>. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.** Since it's a one shot we'll do our session 0/set up before we start playing, anyone who decides to play will pay $10 one time to run the campaign even if it takes three sessions to run. If after the first session or any time during it you want to bail/don't like the group, me, or just Rick and Morty (monster) we can talk about a refund.
