Unable to Alter NPC Sheets? (D&D 5E)

Edit: Problem Solved! Things were fixed at some point during the session I was hosting tonight. As the title says, upon altering NPC information such as ability scores and attack modifiers, when collapsing the menu it is not updating to show the altered information. I've checked between starting a new sheet, and altering an old one, but neither appear to behave as normal right now. Screenshots included below:

Which D&D 5e sheet is this? The second screen shot does not look familiar.
The Darker Dungeons sheet. That's a good point to bring up though, I should check into that to see if it's a known problem. It didn't even cross my mind initially
hate to ask but are you doing this during a game i know the shaped sheets are notorious for being hard to edit when several ppl in game. if so that could be a similar issue.
I'm the only one in it. I've been trying to prep ahead for my games tonight and tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I have zero experience with that sheet, so I can't really speak to the issue you're describing. I'd suggest putting the name of the sheet in your topic title, to hopefully get the attention of those who use it. Since a user cannot change their own post title, your best bet is to petition a mod. The easiest way is to "Report" your own post. Don't worry, this doesn't give you any onus or placed on a government no fly-list. It's simply a method of sending a message to the moderators, "Hey this post needs moderator attention". In the comment field ask to have the topic title changed and say why. It should be easy enough to do. Moderation tends to happen in sweeps rather than continuous monitoring, so it may be a few hours before you see results.
Thanks for the help Keith, I'll definitely try that out. I'll probably just end up running session with manual rolls for tonight, as it didn't seem to have any mention on the sheet creator's subreddit either.
So it appears that the problem was fixed already, and I was able to solve the problem during session tonight. Thank you for all the help here in the meantime though!
Just started working? Great news
