Hi there, my brother and me are looking for any fresh DnD campaign. It doesn't matter to us if you want to play a module like Tomb of Annihilation or a homebrew setup, or anything in between. The two of us played in a West Marches style game, for about half a year, with both of us having multiple characters on lvl 5. Since that was the season maximum for that community at that time. We'd play a game every day if time would allow it, but unfortunately we are restricted to sundays 8am GMT - 12pm GMT at the moment. During the week it is kind of hard to schedule, since my brother works very irregularly and quite late. We'd prefer to start at level 1 and grow with our characters and the world you are chosing for us. None of us is afraid of losing characters and we are almost happy to do so, since that means the world we play in is challanging enough to keep it interesting.  I usually don't bring a lot of backstory to the table, at least not for my first character. They are usually the genereic: Do-what-I-have-to-do-to-survive-and-have-as-little-ties-to-anyone-as-possible-types. Since I am most comfortable, when I have the chance to take in the scene and world I play in without disturbing it by insisting on conveluted backstories and forcing the DM to make his campaign about my character. Those characters might come, but I need time to adjust to the DM, the group and the world first.  My brother is the polar opposite of that, his characters are usually very special and he handicaps himself by some funny traits. Like a character ignores any danger, because he needs to collect pants for a barkeeper he meet 2 towns back and he will probably never encounter again. The characters we want to play are not set in stone yet. He is playing with the thought of a reaction based wizard at the moment. to basically disrupt enemy turns by using wall of stone as a reaction to block a spell etc. Which sounds hard to DM for, but I'm sure you can just kill that character and make him play something else :P My characters are usually fighters, rangers or other low/no magic users, but there are exceptions to the rule and depending how often our characters end up dying there might be surprises in my basket.  None of those characters are fixed and we are happy to adjust to existing groups.  Don't know what else....uh...yah we are German, but we basically watch and play everything we get our hands on in english. So there shouldn't be to much of a language issue. If we get stuck on vocabulary we usually find a way to describe it properly out of character as well as in character. If you didn't pick up on it yet. I prefer dungeon crawly types of encounters the more challenging the better and having characters die is fine for me. My brother enjoys those type of games too. But he is a little better than me at making RP sessions fun and entertaining. I still pay attention and take part in them, but usually a little Berg-esque (if you are familiar with JP McDaniels: Court of Swords) I guess that was kind of it? If there are any more questions, please ask them all or just invite us to join your game. Campaigns prefered, but we are fine with test-oneshots and session zeros to get to know each other. Thank you!  Philipp (Dimitri) and Jakob (Sephentos)
