Concatenate in a template dropdown?

I've looked for an answer to this but i can't seem to find an answer that works.... I'm trying to make a drop down to select a characters skill and roll appropriately but in the drop down choices i'd like for it to list the skill name and the bonus to the roll. ie "Balance (+4)".  everything i try shows the equation instead of the result of 4 (in this example). &{template:default} {{name=@{character_name} }} ?{Skill | Balance [[=@{dexmod}+@{balanceranks}+@{balancearmorcheckpen}+@{balancemiscmod}]],.... Is there a way to do this, or am i dreaming to big?

It's really hard to test this without knowing what sheet you are using, but try this: &{template:default} {{name=@{character_name} }} {{test=?{Skrill|Balance, Balance ([[@{dexmod}+@{balanceranks}+ @{balancearmorcheckpen} +@{balancemiscmod}]])|Balance, Balance ([[@{dexmod}+@{balanceranks}+ @{balancearmorcheckpen} +@{balancemiscmod}]])}}} Same skill done twice, since it seems you need at least two options for a drop down query to work right. Your brackets also needed a little tidying.

I think he wants the number to show up in the dropdown presented to players, not in the chat output. So before the comma here: ?{Skrill|Balance [[number here]], It looks like that isnt possible, and it will be due to the order of operations. Query prompts must be processed before rolls are, which makes sense otherwise you wouldnt be able to include query results in a roll.

I had figured as much, but it was worth asking.  It would be nice to see the bonus in the drop down menu but not the end of the world i suppose. Thank you both for your time.
