Character Sheet blocking - Lines too thick, and some areas not loading

Hopping to the game today, I've noticed the following issue: https://gyazo.com/45b42d112069eccfa22bb94860f51e58 All the thick black lines shouldn't be that thick, and there are portions of the sheet that aren't loading at all. Not suer what to do. I've closed out my browser entirely, and it hasn't made a difference. I use Google Chrome, my mom uses Mozilla, it's happening on both browsers.

It's not just you. There are multiple reports on the official feedback thread, D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 . My advice would be to hang tight. My guess is that a fix won't be long in coming.
yep what my man Keith said its happening to everybody. Other %E sheets are working if u want to make a copy of game(to be safe) then load another charactersheet like 5e legacy or 5e masseffect they work with minor changes like money and such.
Yeah, I tried using 5e by Roll20 and the shaped version, neither work properly.
Hello , this issue is also impacting the Star wars shaped sheet and the roller. Missing artifacts and broken images.

I'm sure you guys are aware by now but it seems to be something with CloudFlare. If I redirect my hosts for imgsrv.roll20.net and replace that request with a direct call to the decoded uri of the "src" search param, it works flawlessly. Obviously not a REAL fix... but was curious if that would work, and it does. Won't actually use it though, don't want to hit the sources directly haha.

Back again. We found an issue with our image delivery and caching service. We're now seeing lower automated error reports, and will continue to monitor the process. You may experience some images failing to load while we rebuild our cache.

Any idea about the intiative formula being messed up?

Since this looks like an active chain, I wanted to ask... First, I'm new to Roll20. Brand new. Just in my initial 10 minutes, I have a couple questions. 1) What is API? 2) How can I use Roll20 modules when I own a physical hardcopy (without having to buy the same module on Roll20)? (Specifially, Tyranny of Dragons.) Thanks for any help anyone can give, or at least pointing me in the right direction. - Dick B.

Richard B. said: Since this looks like an active chain, I wanted to ask... It's generally best to create new threads to get the best responses, and folks are quick to read/answer threads mentioning "new player questions". 1) What is API? It's a Pro-subscriber feature. It's a multitude of code modules that can be added to games for enhancing gameplay and to implement more advanced stuff. Examples are things like automatic ammo tracking, Cool Traps, more ways to interact with tokens, or ways for players to navigate between maps by themselves. You can read about API on the helpdesk . 2) How can I use Roll20 modules when I own a physical hardcopy (without having to buy the same module on Roll20)? (Specifially, Tyranny of Dragons.) You can just manually copy things from your physical book. Reading the book and filling out stats for NPCs, scanning the maps/images and make maps/handouts/token images out of them, transcribing handouts etc. It's some amount of work, but the best option you have if you don't want to buy them on Roll20. owning physical copies of books or on some other digital medium doesn't unlock it for you on Roll20. Pathfinder Second Edition is the only game where there is a discount or access to a free pdf if you buy it on one platform, sync your Pazio & Roll20 accounts, and then get it on the other.
Back to the actual topic... Tested the Sheets in my Star Wars and DnD5 games. All are working as intended.
Thanks, Roll20 Team, for fixing the issue. Things look good again!
I'm still having issues, and the initiative formula is being messed up
Hey everyone - We're still experiencing some difficulties related to our image delivery and caching service, as mentioned above by Kenton. Please hang tight folks; our DevOps team is working to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Hey everyone - A fix has been pushed out for this issue. Would you mind checking the sheet on your end and letting us know what you're seeing now, please? As an aside, before checking, make sure to clear your browser's cache for testing accuracy. Directions for doing so have been attached below. Also, please make sure to give the images a little bit to load in; it might take some time at first. After deleting cache, the sheet itself looks OK. Roll templates are missing borders. Initiative formula is still wrong, but I have posted that to the sheet feedback thread.

Logged in in Firefox, private browsing, with my dummy account. Some graphics missing from sheet, roll template borders still missing.
The issues are still there when it comes to looking into character sheets, and now a new issue is brought up: When you try to look for guides into the compendium, it only shows SRD stuff and when you exit the game, you log out of the site. Really hoping a fix is done soon since I have a game to DM tomorrow and can't really do much if I keep getting logged out.

I don't suggest doing this.
Hey everyone - Since this issue was related to today's general outage, we would ask that any follow up communication be transitioned to our main thread regarding the issue, seen here . As such, I'm going to close this post. Thank you to everyone for the reports!
