A Trade Sheet

This is probably a more complex idea; Many DMs will want to give something to the party that only one party member can use at a time, such as a magic item. Most of my frustration in games comes from players poorly communicating about who is managing the lootsheet handout at what moment, since only one person can edit it at a time. So it would be great if this became a thing; *: Invisible until variable is met. Only one attempt per character sheet until reset by DM. Visible Units Name* Descriptor1 Descriptor2 Identify Value per unit* Date Need Greed Sell Claimed Highest Bid DC Variable All players 3 Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds A jar of strange green liquid… That heals you when you drink it. 14 @{selected| Spellcraft} [[300]] gp, 27-2-2020 2 (Jack) 1 (Hugh) 0 0 0 All players 1 Squirtle (Empty) (Empty) (Empty) (Empty) [[1]] pkmn, 27-2-2020 1 (Jack), 1 (Hugh) 0 0 1 (Jack) [[1]] pkmn, All Players 1 Highest Strength Score of the Party (Empty) (Empty) (Empty) (Empty) (Empty) 27-2-2020 1 (Jack), 1 (Hugh) 0 0 1 (Hugh) [[17]] pts, The DM would be able to set up the visibility of the items in question or give players control over the loot sheet or perhaps a mixed approach. Players can select whether they need a certain item or whether they just want it or if they think that it should be sold. The lootsheet would also add how the value amount would be distributed (syntax; amount in [[ ]], then separated into tags with ",") and there would be a toggle option to "deduct claims from share" (either set by the DM for the whole sheet or perhaps set by the players per item), where every item claimed is deducted from the share in the end. You could even add a bidding column, since bidding is part of certain game systems. I think that this would take away an significant obstacle to loot-heavy games. Or even games like Pokémon Tabletop United, where players catch pokémon and they want to distribute their catches based on who needs them or who put in the most effort in claiming them. Or even in games where bidding on items is part of the gameplay could benefit from a listing and from seeing the highest bid visible.
