Hi, I am new to on-line role playing. Open to suggestions on how to get started.

That's a pretty broad request ! The first order of business should be to familiarize yourself with your game of choice. Aside from user interface stuff, the rules will be the same from old-fashioned tabletop to online. Once you've got that down, you can read the wikis, and complete the tutorial which will educate you on the basics of playing on roll20. <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Main_Page" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Main_Page</a> After that, look for a group or start one yourself if you want to try your hand at running a game.
