In-game chat completely bricked

As of Thursday one of the games I run's in-game chat has completely stopped working. To specify further, all messages past a specific point have stopped appearing and attempting to roll, cast a spell, send a message (or /me). All messages after a specific point (which happens to be a /me command) to repeat and appear like this. Refreshing only removes all of these broken messages However, going into the chat log provides all of the rolls and messages past this point (not including these broken messages). I attempted to replicate the issue in a test game by typing the same phrases, /me-ing, using the same roll formulae (as well as different ones) and using the same spells. Nobody used special characters in any of the messages. This game has been running for a few months and nothing like this has happened or is happening to any other games I run/am in. All players were experiencing this issue and it happened at the very end of the session so we assumed that it was Roll20 server issue and moved on. However, when I went to add some more sheets for an encounter this week I found that the issue is still persisting. Across the group we have people using Google Chrome, Firefox and Waterfox. I myself use the most up-to-date version of Waterfox and I'm assuming my players use the most up-to-date version of their own browsers. I use windows 10 (up to date as well) and as far as I know all other players do as well. Javascript is enabled for myself. I do not currently have any anti-virus software running at the time of testing or had any at the time of the problem starting. The one browser extension I use is AdNauseam and I have no Roll20 add-ons or extensions in the game. This is the console log from the moment I log into the game until after the bugged messages appear. This looks like a corrupted Chat Archive. A game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by clearing the Chat Archive (note: not clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it.

I was afraid that this was the solution but it was easy enough to copy and save the archives.
