Cannot Load Specific Game, Results in Error Code

March 05 (5 years ago)

Edited March 05 (5 years ago)

While trying out the API TokenCondition my campaign crashed me to the main game screen.
On attempting to load back in the load threw an error of 747894eddb3b474cb53c5347589fe382

I have attempted clearing my browser cache, disabling all APIs and rolling back to a previous build, all to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have put numerous hours into creating this game.

Update: Interestingly if I make a copy it will load without issues. Also games using the original Pathfinder character sheet have no issue loading.

Update: well damn. I didnt realize a copy didnt transfer character sheets. It is definitely an issue with the pathfinder by roll20 character sheet.

When I applied the sheet to the game it refused to load and gave the error again.

Update: I have confirmed it is a cycling error code (non-consistent code number). It also does not seem to be occurring due to API interaction, as the copy did not have API and still produced an error when the Pathfinder by Roll20 character sheet was initialized.

Update: I attempted to create a clean test game using the Pathfinder by Roll20 character sheet. This also resulted in an inability to load and error code. There is definitely an issue with the sheets interaction with the game.

Having the same problems opening 4 different games of mine all resulting in "

An error was encountered

Don't worry; it's not like you triggered the end of the world...right?

If you message us about the error, please give us the error ID below so we can look it up:
8906462d59f949dca0aae5cabef5fc90 "

I am having the same issue only getting a different error code and this code changes every time I try to go into any of my games this was the last error I got 06082dabe48045609b12cca186f855bb

I'm only getting this issue with games that use the certain character sheets. I can't get Pathfinder by Roll20, and Pathfinder Community to work, but games using no character sheet, Roll20's DnD5e and the RuneQuest 6 sheet load normally.
Copying does not resolve the issue.

I have the same issue with only one game : pathfinder by Roll20

I am also experiencing this issue. Like the others here, I am using the Pathfinder by roll20 character sheet. Other games that don't use that sheet launch fine.

I think I have found the probleme, there is no error when you change the compendium for another than pathfinder. Roll20 automatically choose your compendium wich match with your character sheet, so when you have an pathfinder sheet, roll20 use the pathfinder compendium. You can change the compendium manualy in the setting of your game if you want to temporaly solve the problem (I use the D&D5 compendium and my game work).
(Sorry if my sentences make no sens, English is'nt my native language)

Roll20 Team

Hi everyone,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently investigating and working to a resolution to this issue as fast as possible!

As some users have already noted, this appears to be an issue with the Pathfinder compendium. As a temporary workaround until we are able to fully resolve, you can navigate to Campaign Settings, and change the "Access Compendium In-Game" section from "Pathfinder/Determined by Character Sheet" to any other compendium option available. This will allow you to access your game right now. If this does not work for you, please let me know!

Thank you for your patience in this-- we will provide updates as soon as we can!

UPDATE: We were experiencing an issue with our Pathfinder compendium resulting in games being unable to load if it was selected-- this has been resolved and your games should now load just fine. If you have any further issues please let us know!
