[DND 5E] Campaign deleted for no reason

My friends campaign, username Burg has just been completely deleted off of Roll20. Weve been playing this campaign for well over a year now and everything is just gone. The name of the campaign was Clans of Shikisato. Is there any reason why this happened???

Would be amazing if it was almost certainly recoverable but Roll20 emailed my DM and told him it was completely wiped and offered him a free month of Plus as compensation. Wow, something must have nuked it bad. I feel your pain. Something similar to me happened once. Luckily I had other (out of date) backups so I was able to salvage some of it, but... bummer. Sorry.
