I can no longer add actions to NPCs

I have been running a D&D game for about 2 years on here and it has worked great. But now when I make a new NPC, OR edit an old one I can no longer add an action. I press the plus symbol to add an action and simply a dot is displayed and when I click on said dot, nothing happens and it can not be edited. I really do need help on this cause I need to make some new bad guys for my group to fight. Thanks!

In addition to the standard troubleshooting seeps (listed below), I'd suggest creating a new game to verify that it is not something unique to your particular game. Guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
Issue happens on Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome. It does happen for any new game I make. I suppose I now have a way to work around this with Chrome, but I don't know why this is now a thing. I also have no extensions getting in the way.

That is likely the culprit. Only Chrome and Firefox are officially supported. It is possible that Explorer updated their version and introduced an element that breaks how it functions for Roll20. The only real option is to use a supported browser.
I had the exact same issue.  Switching to Chrome seems to have fixed it.
