Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Thank you!

Did you check for the fog of war being enabled on the map? https://wiki.roll20.net/Fog_of_War

To request a refund, contact team@roll20.net. But I would recommend against it if you really want to play the module. Chances are almost certain that you are simply lacking some setting, probably dealing with player vision. We can help work you through it if you like. For a player to see the map on any page with dynamic lighting enable, they need to have a token on the map that represents a character they control, and that token has to have A) Sight, and B) A light source. These can often be from the same source. Example of a character with darkvision: Or a character holding a torch: This page can explain about Dynamic Lighting and how to use it. I would recommend against using Advanced Fog of War at this time, as the whole system is poised for an imminent change.
