It is quite appropriate for players to suggest their own missions. If you can convince your group it's a good idea, then by all means. You can find the rules for Session Registration and the Tier System here . Remember each of your characters can only go on a single mission every week! If you want to play more than once a week you will be required to have multiple characters! Look for threads beginning with [Session] if you want to find a mission that already has space. Alternatively you can post in the weekly signup thread to schedule a session, and pick out a missions. Sometimes missions are picked before a session is scheduled, and other times the session is scheduled first, and the mission picked after. Remember that this game offers complete freedom in picking out what you want to do, but the world is handled like a real place. This means if you're looking for your missing sister information on that is not going to randomly pop up in a session where you're out fighting goblins! Instead you'll need to get some other players together, and ask them to come help you find your sister (potentially paying them gold if necessary). Once you do that you can then schedule a session, and the DM will run a whole session just around that topic! Make your own objectives, and pursue your own goals! If you do then you'll find the story will mold itself around your character. Self motivated characters will be the most successful in Cerilia. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check the date a mission was posted. Normally the reward that a mission is offering can help you judge that mission's difficulty. However if a mission was posted a year ago the situation now might be very different than when it was first posted. The person who posted it might not even be alive anymore! The Board of Fate Mission 3A Date Posted: 1 Erntenir 1525 HC Hello there Cohort members. This is The Baroness of Roesone, Marlae Roesone once again requesting you assistance. On the behalf of a retired Cohort member nonetheless! Countess Prudence Duskhart of Abbatuor has been recently having problems with an infestation of axebeaks in her woods. However this is not the end of the tale I am afraid. It would appear that multiple people in the area have had problems with these beasts, and this is not simply to do with a roaming murder. I have recently heard a rumor from a very reliable source that someone might potentially be summoning, or otherwise spurring these axebeaks into the world. I do not know the full details, but if someone is behind this problem I would prefer to pick out the root instead of cut off the leaves. I am offering a reward of 10gp per dead axe beak, but am offering 250 old Anuirean gold pieces per person for any group that can put an end to whomever, or whatever is causing the problem. Mission 3E Date Posted: 16 Sehnir 1525 HC The Cohort has become aware that this dragon cult has been shown to have some activity in The Siren's realm. We are looking for some members to confirm if these rumors are true, and if so to discover how bad the situation is. The reward for this mission is only 50gp, but be aware that this is just for gathering information. If the situation is beyond your abilities do not be afraid to flee.
