Roll 20 won't load any image.

Are either of you at the limit for your storage quota? You can find this on your account page. If you have uploaded audio, you can reach this quota very quickly.

Same problem. Can't see any image on Chrome. I still see any maps or grid or graphic on Chrome. Edge on the same PC works, except for pop-up sheets and handouts. Is there any solution? Thanks a lot for any help.

And that's the new! I upgraded to new Edge form Legacy version. Now I see the popup PG and handouts but I never see map, grid, or main screen images! Even with PopUps Block deactivated. Please help! No browser to use now. And a major campaign to run in a few days...

Have you tried on Firefox? Edge is not a supported browser. Here's a checklist of things to try and step four to get the best ability to help from Roll20: Have you gone through the&nbsp; guide to&nbsp; Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome&nbsp; and&nbsp; Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable&nbsp; all&nbsp; add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through&nbsp; Step 4 .&nbsp; (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Just anecdotal, but I'm experiencing periodic issues like this on Roll20 and elsewhere. For example, Spotify is similarly acting up with loading images/links. Accessing both at the same time is seemingly flirting with disaster. My inexpert observation is that my local internet is spotty at best and likely being strained close to its limit. So far, I haven't lost any game content, thankfully, but I've had to be a little more patient than usual during a weekday. Certainly understandable given the circumstances.
