Linking in a Handout to the same handout

I am putting the Mystic (Psionisist) into my in D&D game's homebrew Players Handbook. I have created the list of disciplines in the handout. I want the list to be clickable and take the player to the discipline's description that is further down in the handout. Is there any way to do this? I do not want to have to create a separate handout for each discipline, unless that is the only option. Thanks in advance!

At this point in time, I do not think that handouts natively support anchored links. You can link to headings in Compendium entries, but not in handouts.
