Marketplace Purchases not showing in Game

I recently purchased the D&D Monster Bundle, but I am unable to see ANY of the tokens in my game, or other bundled content. What am I doing wrong? I have tried this on both FireFox and my main setup (below), both with and without a private window (cleared cache). Description of setup Browser + Version: MacOS Safari v13.0.05 Browser Addons/Extensions: None Operating System: MacOS Mojave Help?

I don't see that you have the compendium enabled in that game. Do you have the correct sheet and settings to have the compendium available? That should be where you drag and drop most things from. Also, the purchase page says this is an addon. Did you add it to the game in your game settings page? https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/bundle/4769/dandd-monster-bundle
Can you link me to the guidance for how to enable the compendium in the game...? I should be using the default sheets accordingly. The Volo's stuff shows in the add-on's section, but the rest does not.

Usually, if you have set your character sheet to the 5E by Roll20 sheet, the compendium tab should already be visible in game. It only needs to be set if you are not using a character sheet or are using a community contributed sheet. A bunch of info on Compendiums is available on the wiki. https://wiki.roll20.net/Compendium Edit: I should add that if you aren't using the 5E by Roll20 sheet (which is designed to go with the compendium), then the drag and drop functionality of the compendium will be impacted depending on what sheet you use.
