Not accepting drops from compendium

Hello there! First time DM here. What I'm trying to do is to drop items into one of my players character sheets. It worked long enough for me to be able to add a dagger before it just broke. Google Chrome is up to date Version 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) Addons/Extentions (Chrome): AdblockPlus, Minimal Scrollbar and BetterTwitchTV. OS: Windows10 I've tried turning off all extentions and cleared browser cashe. Opera GX and Chrome. Even tried copying the game but it still didn't work. Asking the player to add the items in question themselves. Hi Leaderroy, what sheet are you using?  Couple things to check; make sure the sheet isn't popped out into it's own window.  Drag/drop doesn't work if sheet is popped out.  Also, some sheet's require that you add an empty row in order to "accept" a dropped entry from the compendium.

Also if done with 4 or more ppl on roll20 it lags out doesn't like to add stuff mid game alota times or let u edit. If the 5e ogl sheet.

I had it work for a little bit again before it once again stopped working, we're using "D&D 5E by Roll20" sheets. Would it be possible to convert or change sheets and still be able to drag&drop from compendium and use the Charactermancer?
