new warlock, no spell slot

I just rolled a warlock with the charactermancer and the roll20 5e sheet. After saving the changes I don't show a spell slot available. is there any way to manually correct this?

If you go to the Configuration tab (the cog next to your spells tab), there is a place to add spell slots on the lower left of that tab.
I have changed it here to no effect

Have you set your caster level in the upper left config box (4th entry down in that box)?  I don't think the extra slots do anything if you have a caster level of 0. If that doesn't work, then hopefully someone that actually plays 5E will wander in to add anything else.  I just have a test game for looking up things like this.

I'm having this problem, and I cannot drag spells from the compendium in.

I set this and now I see some spell slots!

For the dragging, make sure you are dragging the spell from the name, and not the ordering handle (the three lines to the left of the name) Finally, make sure you are using a sheet which supports drag and drop, such as D&D 5th Edition by Roll20
So caster level adjustment works. Not as good as adjusting all the slots separately, but it will do. As for dragging, nothing works. I've done it many times before now. It even says "accepting drop from the compendium", but doesn't show up.

Ferd, are you dragging onto a PC sheet or an NPC sheet?
PC. I'm a player in my friends game. He doesn't know what's goin on either.
I can write them in manually. It's just annoying.

Without being in the game, or seeing screenshots, it's hard to say what the problem might be. Dragging spells onto a warlock works without issue in most normal situations.
I don't use the slot modifiers for my warlock. Instead, I modify the attribute in the attribute tab; If you are not seeing these attributes, the easiest way to generate them is to turn your class into Wizard, close the sheet, open the sheet, change back to Warlock and adjust the totals.
