Players can't see board

I know this has been asked but nothing in the posts I have seen answers my problem. I will describe where I am. I have Dungeon of the Mad Mage. I have started a new game. I can see everything and I have populated a level with all the monsters. I have created a new test character and assigned it to a token. I can see the token on my board and I can see the "light" circle around it. I did set the token, obviously, to show light 60 feet. When I move it, its light moves too. I created a new login, a test player, and have logged into it on a separate computer and on a separate browser on the same computer. I joined the test game and the "player" can see the exact same icon on a black background the player can see the little circles for HP, etc. When the GM moves the token, the player sees it move too, and vice versa. But the player does not see the board, just a black background. I did not do any weird thing with the level. I moved the player banner to the right level. It is like the whole module is hidden from the player. Help. Thanks.

It would help if you posted screen shots of the token settings, both tabs. The page settings might be helpful too, if you have made any changes.
Here you go. The token looks identical to the player, but all black in the background.

Got it. You have (Regular) Fog of War enabled. The default for that is to obscure the entire page. Either turn that off to reveal everything (Dynamic Lighting still does its job of blocking line of sight and controlling distance and light), or use the reveal tool (under the eyeball in the toolbar on the left) to show specific areas. Advanced Fog of War also will work normally.
Thank you.
