Hey! Maps are taking forever to load (Illwinters Floorplan Generator)

The title speaks for itself, but I've been having trouble downloading Illwinter maps into my campaign. Any other images seem to work just fine, is there something wrong? What can I do to fix it? I'm a bit clueless here.

What is the file format being exported, and what is the file size? If jpeg, is the file named something like image.jpeg or image.jpg?

It's saved as 'Image File' I'm not very good with tech, is that a problem? And I'm not sure what file format means. And the file size is around 70kbs, the original one was much larger, but I scaled it down significantly

I had a look at the manual and it is very unclear as to what is actually being exported. PDF will almost certainly be no good. The export looks like it be either PNG (good) or TGA (Targa, which is a very weird choice, almost archaeologically so). If the file it produces has no file type, try adding .png to the end. If it is indeed producing a TGA file and you don't have a fairly robust image editing program, I'd suggest looking up a tga to jpg online file converter. That being said, there appear to be a number of thread on the web of people having no issue exporting from IFG and uploading to Roll20. So it might just be a case of no file type in the name. Try appending .png or .jpg and see if it uploads.
