Bug with audio and video often not working

Hello to everyone. I have to report issues with the audio and video integrated chat of roll20. Sometimes I can see and hear my mates, but often everything just got bugged and I can't hear and see them anymore, while everything else in roll20 works perfectly. Meanwhile they do not have issues and can see and hear eachother without problems. I tried to follow the Video and Voice Chat Troubleshooting of your wiki but to no avail unfortunately. I just point out that I don't have a webcam and I am using a pair of headphones. I get this issue too, and was assuming it was because I had two users on the same network connection. I have 120meg broadband so I doubt its bandwidth for me, maybe routing?

I had this same problem as well yesterday, my download speed is ~172Mbps and upload speed is 52.51Mbps. We had to switch to discord for voice and just dealt with not having video yesterday.

I have the same issue as well. My down speed is in the 300s and my up speeds was in the 30's or 40s, both Mbps.

The exact same issue, maybe it's a problem with Firefox only?

Also having the same issue. I have found the EXACT issue being reported as far back as 4 years ago. II have recently purchased all the D&amp;D rulebooks and a year of PRO. I've been working with Hashtag to figure out the problem and I know I'm on Chrome.&nbsp; NOTHING seems to work. I feel like its a major flaw in Roll20 that they've refused to put any effort into to rectify.&nbsp; We've tried literally everything.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Had the same issue yesterday (First time using the platform). After a couple of reconnects some of them could see/hear each other, but never everybody was able&nbsp; hear/see everybody.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Had the same issue today (March 24 at 12pm EST), Saturday (March 21 at 9pm EST), last Thursday (March 19 at 12pm EST), and the Saturday before that (March 14 at 8pm EST).

Same issue just now. Worked with no problems last week when it was just me and the GM testing the app.

I've made the test and I got 2 yellow warnings as following: NETWORK Ipv6 enabled &nbsp; [ WARN ] Failed to gather IPv6 candidates, it might not be setup/supported on the network. CONNECTIVITY Reflexive connectivity [ WARN ] Could not connect using reflexive candidates, likely due to the network environment/configuration. I've made my friends, with whom I play and don't have issues, and they had the same warning for Ipv6 (which seems not to be yet available in our country) but no problems with the Reflexive connectivity. At this point I believe that the issue is that Reflexive connectivity, can you help me please, because my knowledge of connectivity is really poor. Thank you again!
