I just cannot get this service to run properly - that is, no sound or video is ever transmitted between players.  Does anyone else currently have issues getting WebRTC to Operate? I've run through reams of previous posts on the subject looking for a solution but it seems there is a long, long history of problems.  That said, I can't find any recent posts so perhaps I'm alone here? I've tried testing this on different networks with different computers with different number of players in different browsers with cleared caches and all protections removed, etc but just cannot get it running.  For the avoidance of doubt I have no problem getting 3rd party solutions to work and WebRTC standalone test runs fine too.  So I am pretty confident the issue is something do with Roll20 implementation/integration of WebRTC. Any feedback would be most welcome.

The built-in WebRTC is quirky, to say the least. Some folks use it without issue, others never get it to work properly. One thing nearly everyone reports is taht it becomes more unreliable as the number of connections increases. I generally start to run into problems at >4 connections. But that's just a personal anecdote. A lot of people use a dedicated service such as Skype or Discord video in concert with Roll20.

I agree with Keith's opinion on the general situation. That being said, just some hours ago, I used video/voice in Roll20 when I was teaching a friend some basics of Roll20.

I have never had a problem with 2-3 connections, sometimes with 4, usually with 5 it takes multiple re-connects before we get everyone on board, if we ever do. With 6 or more, there's no point. At least for us with our specific computers, ISPs, and geographic regions.
Many thanks for your swift replies folks - it's much appreciated.  Subtext I'm getting is: substandard product, use alternative.  Will switch to Discord and stop wasting time. Happy gaming to you :-)
