Hey folks - Below are the details of how gifting should typically work in these situations: For gifting marketplace purchases, both the purchaser and the recipient should receive a notification email indicating the product was purchased/gifted and will contain instructions on how to access the product. Additionally, the recipient should also be able to see any gifted purchases from the “Your Purchases” page . For gifting subscription credit, again, both the purchaser and the recipient should receive a notification email indicating the sub credit was purchased/gifted and will contain instructions on how to use the credit. From there, the recipient should be able to see their subscription credit balance on their My Account page under the section titled “Your Subscription Credit:”. If you are missing any emails from the above, please make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as they can occasionally be sent there.
