Hey there, thanks for looking in on this! To cut to the heart of things, I'm a player and GM that thoroughly enjoys investigative and political games with plenty of scheming and machinations. These can often be quite complex and at times slow moving, and are not necessarily for all players or mediums! I was thinking it might be perfectly suited to running in a play by post or semi-asynchronous text format. However, often in play-by-text a fair bit of the downtime is waiting for everyone to chip in, so in the interest of maintaining momentum and narrative focus, a one-on-one game might be just the ticket. I've played with a fair few systems and settings in my time, and think I'm generally flexible to pick up anything outside of GURPs , but here are some systems and concepts to get the campaign ideas flowing - naturally we'd work out the general details if this sparks any response. =] Systems: FFG40k, GUMSHOE, Pendragon, Pathfinder 1E, Unknown Armies, Paranoia! Broad Ideas: minor noble house rising to power, combating an entrenched cult, vicious interdepartmental politics, hot interstellar trade war, creating / controlling a criminal enterprise, managing the travails of a small city state, the aftermath of a civil war. Settings: Low fantasy, Magi-Punk, Speculative Near Future, Space Opera, Semi-historical, Sword & Sorcery. If this sounds like a small something you'd be interested in running, or have any questions, please feel free to either post here or drop me a PM. Cheers.
