Sound issue

Not sure if anyone can help but with a new computer and new headset I am having a strange sound issue. My headset (with microphone) works fine in other apps, but the microphone does not work in Roll20. I can hear others, but the microphone just does not work. Specifics below but if anyone has an idea other than buying yet another headset please let me know. Specifics: Microphone not working in Roll20 - Works everywhere else. I do hear everyone through the headset though. I have chosen it in settings and reconnected (multiple times) I've tried different ports. This is a new computer and a new headset. Info: USB headset = Xiberia V22 Computer = Lenovo T470 with Windows 10 Chrome version 80.0.3987.149 - all cookies cleared (for all time) If you don't have a possible solution, then do you have a good USB headset you would endorse?
Hey Mike D - For consolidation and organization, I moved your report to the Bug Forums. As to the issue at hand, would you mind trying to go to this WebRTC test site and let me know what the results are for the microphone section? Thank you for your patience as we work through this!

check your address bar - there may be a symbol on the far right that shows you have turned off the microphone (and video) for Chrome.
