Join game problem on iPad

I don't know what could be causing your ipad to go there but I do know that Roll20 runs best on Fire Fox &amp; Google Chrome browsers best. I have my brother using my ipad through Chrome browser just fine. I had problems in the past trying through Safari.

I was wanting to use the iPad app.

The ipad app is just used for a character sheet, you have to use the browser to access the VTT.

You can use Roll20 on a tablet browser only if the creator of the game has a Subscription.
