Hi Kalenova, Generally Roll20 does not comment on posts unless it has some new information, is seeking information, etc. How it works is they look at the Suggestion Forum to see what is popular and use that information to help them prioritize what is on the Roadmap. I agree it is frustrating for a suggestion to sit idle for years, but in recent years Roll20 has accelerated the rate at which suggestions are made into a reality. And it is pretty standard for a company not to respond to suggestions.
