Players Can't See Wildmount Combat Maps

Hi, Downloaded The Big Sick. Set it up. Toggled over to re-join as player so I could see how things looked from there end. The combat maps show up as a black square. Fog of war is not enabled so that's no thte problem. Other pages view fine just not the combat maps. Am in Mozilla, cleared caches did everything I'm supposed to, still can't see the maps. I can see them just fine in GM mode.

If you can see them in GM mode but not player mode it usually means one of a few things. Check the page to see if dynamic lighting is enabled Check the token to make sure you are assigned to the token (journal, control, and edit) Check the token to see if it has sight. Check to see if anything near the token is emitting light. Those are just a few that pop to my mind at first.
