I can't view the top and left of my map.

So i have map I made in inkarnate and have imported into roll20. I did all the aligning of the map efforts and the squares are close enough. No when I go to select the map to view the top 23 squares, the map will snap back into place toward the center of map so that I can't keep the map grid aligned to the top 23 squares. The same happens for the Far left 40 squares. I have no idea what is causing this nor can I find anyone else with this problem. this is the map 2048x1536

Is the page setting set to give enough squares to view the entire map at once?
To align to the Grid, you must first use the advance option and make the map a drawing.  Then, when you move and scale it won't snap to the Grid.

It sounds like your page is not big enough to hold your map. Let's say your map is 40x40 squares (units), you need to go to your page menu, click the gear icon and set the size of the page.
