Gladiator Backgrounds Traits, Flaws, and ideals are wrong in charactermancer. It's seem to use the same as the Entertainer and they shouldn't. As you can see in those screenshots :
That's the way it is in the Players Handbook. Gladiator is a minor variant of Entertainer. They do not get their own list of bonds, flaws, etc. That text on the right hand side of your first screen shot is all that the PHB has to say about it.
