Video/Audio chat keeps interrupting / not starting up properly

Ok, this is hard to explain in detail: We have a group of 5, one GM and 4 players. The first problem is: The video/audio chat does not load properly when entering the game. This happens RANDOMLY and affects a random amount of our participants, from one to all 5. The participant appear online, showing their account avatar images, but the video/audo chat does not start up. Trying to use "Reconnect" or "Reconnect all" does sometimes work, sometimes it just changes the video/audio chat availability from one participant to another. The second problem is: After having all of our participants online on the video/audio chat, people get randomly disconnected and trying to get ALL online again feels like rolling dice. Sometimes it works, and somtimes others get disconnected when "reconnecting". We all use the latest Firefox version on a Win10 64-bit system. We all have checked our connection speed, windows- and firewall-setting. All OK. The "funny" thing here is: IF we get all players online in the video/audio chat, it works. Until one or more gets disconnected. This only affects the video/audio chat. All other features work properly. I hope there's someone out there who can help...
My group has the same, and we're only a group of three and I believe we're all on Google.  Also, on my end, my camera no longer works. I have to route through my video capture to get roll20 to recognize it. I'm not having that issue anywhere else.
Hey folks -  If you're still experiencing some troubles with Video and Voice, would you mind also providing a WebRTC Debug Log from when the issues occur again, please? To retrieve the log, click the "Download WebRTC Debug Log" button within the in-game "Settings" tab. The log only is stored in your browser for a bit, so make sure to download the debug log as soon as the issue occurs and don't refresh the page before or during that process. Thank you!
