As a Pro user, you can use the Transmogrifier feature. This lets you copy journals (and pretty much everything else0 from one of your campaigns to other campaigns. You'll find it inside your campaign at the very bottom of the rightmost tab. Another approach is to set up a core campaign, get eveyrthing set up how you want it, then copy it for the other games. In practice this isnt perfect, because you are bound to come up with extra stuff you want to add to all games. That's where the transmogrifier comes in One thing you should be aware of: having all your monsters, maps, and stuff in a campaign is a bad idea. The most stuff you have, the more laggy the campaign becomes. So the best approach is to create a "Library" campaign. use this as a storgae space - put everything you want to share here: maps, monsters, etc. Then have different campaigns you actually use to play your games. And transmogrify in everything you need as you need it, then remove it when its not needed any more. This keeps your campaigns lean and speedy, and is a great way to organise multiple campaigns.
