Soak and Defense dice are being tripled? (Shadowrun 5e Charactersheet Issue)

I am probably missing something, but I cant figure out what it is. I am currently experimenting with the standard Shadowrun 5e Charactersheet from Cassie Levett to prepare a game and while testing the dice rolls I noticed that the results for Soak and Defense were way to high. Looking at the dice it turned out that the Charactersheet rolled 42d6 on Soak instead of 14d6 (Body 2 + Armor 12) and 33d6 on Defense instead of 11d6 (Reaction 5, Intuition 6). So in both cases the number of dice was tripled, something I could confirm after changing the Attributes and re-rolling. I used no Modifiers, Wounds or Edge or anything really, and rolling just simple Attribute, Skill or pure Armor checks works fine. I assume I messed up some values somewhere, but for the love of me I cant find them. Anyone knows what I did wrong here?

It was a typo on my part. They are calculating correctly now. You can change an attribute then change it back to get the correct caluclation.
Thank you very much, I already tested it and it seems to be working fine now! One other potential bug I stumbled over: Weapons sometimes seem to be toggled to "explode" when they are rolled currently, so all 6 are rerolled in the same roll. So if I have a pool of 3 d6 for an Attack with my Gun, there is a possibility that I am being shown 4 results, eg: (4,5,6,3) when the roll is finished. Could only replicate this on Weapons, both ranged and Melee. For some reason I was only able to reproduce this issue wiht one of my character sheets, I will edit this post if I figure out why! Thanks again for the quick help!

In that character toggle off Edge Toggle at the top of the sheet. Then go into Attributes & Abilities to manually set these attributes to an empty value edge_toggle  explode_toggle Probably a lingering value causing this issue.

Hi, I have a similiar issue. For me, the attack rolls are higher than they should be. When rolling attacks, the attribute and skill are added together correctly, but a third number is added to it that doubles the dice pool (or, if the skill is 0, it adds the total dicepool -1, so a dicepool of 5+0 becomes 9 and a dicepool of 9+6 becomes 30, for example). Any ideas? BTW, Cassie, this is an incredible character sheet! Just watched one of your VODs on Twitch going through its features and it's incredible. Edit: I should add that this only happens when clicking on the weapon in the Arms tab, not when rolling the skill itself from the skill list.

Greetings HK, Thanks for the report and the specific detail of were its happening. I'll look into it. Sorry again for all the disruptions this is causing. Just trying to clean up the old code so I can add new features. Enviably I broke things. ;( I'm glad you enjoy the VODs. Sometimes I wish I was still making those. :) I have a number of Roll20 secrets. Maybe now is the right time to login and help people learn some tricks. - Cassie Edit: I couldn't replicate the attacks issue. You might try changing the skill then changing it back. In formula of (0+5+2) its (skill + dicepool(spec+modifier) + agility)
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, changing the skill and then changing it back does not fix it for me. As an example, this is what happens for the street sam in my game when rolling his AK-97. His Automatics skill is 6, his Agility is 6(9), so the total dice pool should be 15, but 30 dice are rolled. Maybe I'm just making some obvious mistake, I'm pretty new to Roll20. When the relevant skill is rolled rather than the weapon, the dicepool is 15 as it should be.

From your roll template Agility & Skill are set correctly. That extra 15 in there is the combination of your modifier & specialization set in the weapon, outlined in the screen shot below. Check that modifier input box to see if it has a 15 in it.
Thank you! There was no value in the modifier box, but putting in a 0 fixed it.
