When I use the charactermancer, but mainly when my players use it, a lot of the content does not appear. Common ones that are missing include subraces, like variant human is missing, many of the non-PHB spells, and backgrounds. It usually seems to be non-I have the PHB, Volo's, Wildemount, Xanathar's, etc. So when I make a character, I will usually see all of the options, but my players will not see them when they go to make a character. It also seems to not be consistent within a sourcebook. For example, most PHB content works, but some does not, such as variant human. Is there a way I can fix this, or are my players doing something incorrectly?
