Charactermancer not applying changes

Started a new game last night using the Storm King's Thunder module.  Three of my players were able to create their characters using the charactermancer, but one's keeps hanging up when trying to apply changes at the end.  I tried to create one myself and ran into the same issue.  Can anyone offer an guidance?  I have no active extensions running in Chrome at this point.  Thanks in advance.

Make sure you don't have the sheet popped out into a separate window. Charactermancer doesn't support this, and often hangs there.
