CDS Bug - Can't Draw S**t

Taking the tutorial right now and can't draw anything. So called "grid" is a blank gray void. None of the tools appear to work, but the tutorial itself is working. Basic computer info: Web Browser: Google Chrome Browser Version: 80.0.3987.149 Operating System: Windows 8.1 If Javascript is enabled: Yes Your anti-virus software: AVG Basic List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled: AdBlock, but I disabled AdBlock and refreshed, and still nothing. Screenshot enclosed. Any help is much appreciated.

I would suggest abandoning the tutorial. It is terribly out of date and will  break at some point. A much better way to orient yourself is with a video introduction or browsing the wiki, or asking questions here. I suggest either the  Roll20 Crash Course  on Youtube, or my own video,  Starting from Scratch .
