You know those loading screens in video games that tell you lore about the world and give hints on gameplay? I created this video that shows how to create a script that does something similar in Roll20.

Only thing I might (or might not) like better, at least an option, to send the Notes to the chat instead of displaying on-screen. It would sort-of gradually keep the text chat alive, during breaks, and the tips would now be accessible on scrolling-back-up instead of disappearing. However it could get too repetitive in chat, so your way is probably best anyway.
