Some players can't see or hear each other

Hi, I'm having an issue with the video/audio chat.  Right now we have 3 players and 2 of us can't see or hear each other.  The third player however can see and hear everyone else though, and we see and hear him fine.  I am using Windows 10, Google Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 Javascript is enabled, and we've all disabled all of our extensions on chrome. I agree its an issue - As a GM, some of my players have had to reconnect a half dozen times and even restart their computer before everyone could hear each other. I have almost always have it eventually work, but it is annoying - I had one person quit due to it.
