Pictures are not loading now when my players joined

All my picture assets and maps were working just fine and when my 2 players loaded into the game everything just crashed and stopped showing up properly. It seems that somehow almost every single photo i have uploaded and put into my campaign has either been corrupted and deleted but shows up with that white sheet of paper with the slash through it. Am i just royally boned and have to reupload everything I want and remake all my maps? How can i avoid this in the future cause i spent a lot of time building up my maps. Any help or tips is appreciated and if you need a log file, please send me the steps to get it and I'll provide it.

Hello George D., Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to  SolvingTechnical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser. Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20. Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
