How can i get some customer support????

Why is it so hard to just put an email, phone number, or none social media link. At the front. I'm paying for this an i have to put up a topic because the so called email link just sends me in a circle of signing myself in. Soon as i link it to my yahoo, it goes back around telling me to sign in again. My son clicked the wrong subscription amount and I've been over charge. Please someone help me before i just cancel this sub all together.

someone from the Team will see this and answer you. I don't know all those answers. But I am sure, I have seen before, they will fix your mis-clicked subscription issue, I really believe they will, so have faith there.

If the "Contact Us" link doesn't work for you at the bottom of the page, you could just email them direct (the support oriented pages of the wiki have that address) at team@roll20.net. https://wiki.roll20.net/Customer_Support_FAQ
Hello New to this site. I just... can't find the way to post a report thread for audio/video issue. There's too many much threads, many of which are closed, and the explanation on the site makes you go from a page to a thousand others. I can't make it anymore... Here is my link for report bug Audio/video report Me and my mates can't see or hear each others on a game. We use firefox, last version and all. EVERYTHING is rightly set up in the parameters and all... So, we use discord for the moment, but well, this would be so much better to see us all IN the game... Thanks for the help

@Cody - The team will likely see this eventually, but just to make sure, you can email directly at team@roll20.net or use the support site at https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new It sounds like you've been trying to email, and I'm not sure at what point it is creating a loop for you, but just wanted to make sure you had both of those contact points in case it wasn't what you were already trying.

Never mind. this is what happens if you load the page, go out to do you weekly grocery run and then write an answer... You can email directly to team@roll20.net . It may take a bit of time since the team has been running ragged the last couple of weeks, but they will do right by you.
