I can right click a folder and make a character in a folder. But can't move them around or organize them afterwards. For example, if I move an NPC to the PC folder because players character dies I don't want that character in my NPC folder anymore.
To move them you have to grab the 3 bars and drag them within your journal. To drag onto the tabletop grab them by the name. You can also right click and archive or delete them.
