Missing/Invisible assets

Heya, I've seen an issue like this before but not how to fix it. One of my players joined the room before game day and asked "what happened to everything". I have looked and found every asset I have uploaded for each of my games over the years is no longer visible and are broken links. My account still shows 100MB/3GB of storage space used and though I am still able to upload new assets my account would become quite unusable should I allow my plus subscription to lapse.

I'm coming up on time for my subscription to lapse and I really don't want my account held hostage. The amount of untouchable ghost assets uploaded surpasses the free account maximum and I cannot delete them. I would really appreciate someone looking at this or at least telling me what other information I can provide.
