Hi, Can anyone help, i cant see the  5th Edition ( OGL by Roll20) character sheet from the drop downs when editing the game settings or when creating a new game? the wiki articles haven really helped.

It's called something like "5th Edition by Roll20", close to the top of the list. Just search for the number "5" and it should be found fairly quickly.
